Registration

The 10th International Congress on Innovations in Nursing 2021 will be a must attend event for professionals wanting to share innovative nursing practices and concepts from around the world. Please join us to celebrate the innovations in practice and our contributions to improving the health outcomes of our communities.
Full Registration Entitlements:
  • Two (2) day Congress attendance: Thursday 13 – Friday 14 May 2021, inclusive
  • One (1) ticket to the 10th Anniversary Celebration (13 May)
  • One (1) ticket to the Closing Sundowner (14 May)
  • Access to the Congress App prior to the congress, which will allow you to commence discussions and make appointments with your colleagues, create a personalised agenda and preview presentation abstracts
  • Access to complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Daily catering including morning and afternoon tea, lunch and tea and coffee
  • Option to purchase guest tickets to the social functions at $90 per person
  • Option to register for the pre-congress workshop (Early Bird $195 / Standard $275 per person)
Student / Restricted Registration Entitlements:

Payment Options

Payment via credit card on the online registration site is the preferred method of payment.

Online payments

Online payments can be made with either Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. A 2.2% processing fee will be applied at the time of payment.

EFT payments

EFT payments are available for organisations by selecting the ‘Pay Later’ option at the end of the registration process. Bank details will be provided on the tax invoice included with the registration confirmation letter. All invoices MUST be paid within 7 days.

All registrations are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Terms and Conditions

Early Bird Registration must be booked and paid for by 26 February 2021 for rates to apply.

Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address nominated with confirmation of requirements according to the registration form submitted. A tax invoice will be attached to this email. If you have not received a written confirmation, please contact Encanta events@encanta.com.au

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received in writing to events@encanta.com.au – Substitutes are welcome.

  • 60 days prior to the Event (Sunday 14 March): Full Refund less administration fee.
  • Between 30 to 59 days prior to the Event (Monday 15 March to Tuesday 13 April): 50% refund less administration fee.
  • 29 days prior to the Event (Wednesday 14 April): No refund.
  • Failure to attend without prior notice – no refund
  • All cancellations will be subject to a $150 administrative fee.

Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances

Liability

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and Encanta Event Management accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.

Social Events

When you register you will be asked to nominate if you will be attending the inclusive social events included as part of your registration fee. If you are not sure please select “attending”. If you select “not attending” for a social function included as part of your registration fee, you will forfeit your ticket to that function.

It may be possible to reinstate your place provided Encanta receives a minimum of ten working days’ notice in writing prior to the commencement of the congress, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
