COVID Safe Event Plan
The Congress event managers have developed a COVID safe event plan for the Congress. Please follow the directions of the session chairs and event staff at the venue at all times. Please click here to view further information regarding the Pan Pacific’s status as a quarantine facility.
The information provided on the website is correct at time of publishing. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the program as circumstances dictate.
The dress code for all conference sessions and social functions is smart casual.
If you require first aid please contact any of the Pan Pacific staff or the registration desk for assistance.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to attending the conference.
The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the conference, or through cancellation of the conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the Event Managers nor the Organising Committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances the host, the Organising Committee and Event Managers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.
The Pan Pacific Perth has provided complimentary Wi-Fi access for all delegates. Login details will be provided in the pocket program onsite.
Please advise the meeting secretariat either via the registration form or in writing should you wish for them to make alternative arrangements on your behalf.
Please Note: dietary requirements received less than 72 hours prior to the event cannot be guaranteed.
It would be appreciated if delegates wear their name badge at all times during the Congress as this identifies them as eligible for catering and entry to sessions. If you are sharing a name badge with another member from your organisation please leave this badge with staff at the registration desk and complete the name change form to allow the badge to be collected by the next delegate. Please keep the name badge insert as this has your certificate of attendance.
Self-parking in the undercover car park is available at the following rates but does not include unlimited entries and exits:
$6 per hour for one hour or less
$12 for two hours
Daily rate 24 hours at $14 per day
Valet parking is available for $38 and includes multiple entries and exits.
Please note our carpark has a maximum clearance height of 1.9 metres and is subject to availability. Access is from Hill Street, East Perth.
Please be advised that a Congress photographer will be photographing Congress gatherings and sessions.

Speakers Preparation Room
The speakers preparation room is located in the Boardroom. All presenters are required to submit their presentations with the onsite AV team at least two hours prior to their presentation time.
